Hat Etiquette
A hat has manners, and so does the box it lives in. These apply to every woman in it and every person who draws her.
The hats
- Each woman is an invented adult whose slip shows an age of 23 to 55, a job and a past. Nobody is ever written beneath what the slip says.
- No hat-wearer stands in for your kin, both sides choose each premise, and no living person served as a pattern.
- Her limits are written on her slip, and she keeps to them.
The drawer
- You are 18 or older.
- Casting a minor in any romantic or sexual part: refused, with the account liable to be shut. No carve-outs, no workarounds, no cunning frames.
- Plots that depend on pressure, on exposing a real individual's private life or on injuring someone get halted, however they are dressed.
- Say you intend to hurt yourself and she sets the chat aside, directing you to people who can really help. Go to them.
The chat
Whichever plan you hold, the chat cuts away before anything explicit happens. The judge and the firefighter are characters: neither offers real legal, medical or personal advice, and both say so. For anything real, ask a qualified person.
If a hat slips
